我是一个打算玩eve的新人
作为一个职业海盗，我给你讲讲这个情况吧。
EVE的地图的安全系数，从1.0~ 0.0。数值越高，越安全，反之则危险。并且CCP引入了警察机制，警察在会出现在1.0~0.5的星系，0.4-0.0的星系则没有警察。怎么来形容警察呢？既然你玩过很多年网游，就不可能没玩过WOW吧，还记得TBC时代的新岛吧？警察和新岛的卫兵一样，对犯法的玩家就是秒杀，只要玩家在星系中犯法，无论何地，警察都会刷新在你的身边（根据星系安等不同，警察的反应时间也不同，1.0警察的反应时间几乎是瞬间，相反0.5警察需要7秒左右的反应时间）。而0.4-0.0，则不会有任何警察来保护你，换句话说，就相当于WOW的中立地区，想杀你，就杀你。
有几点需要注意：
1.顶着警察杀人，是CCP允许存在的，也是游戏的一个玩点，这种战斗叫做强爆。如果参与击杀玩家足够多，那么在一瞬间，是可以秒掉其他玩家的（注意，警察只有在你犯法以后，才会刷新）。就像TBC时代的WOW新岛，大服顶着卫兵杀敌对，不也差不多么？强爆的事情，就需要玩家自己注意了，不要把所有的资产都放到一条船上，不要用太小的船运送太贵重的东西，运送贵重东西时不能AFK等等很多注意事项，在此不一一列举了。
2. 0.4-0.0，统称低安，也就是低安全区，换句话说，就是CCP做的PVP区域，如果你玩过WOW，你在野外被敌对杀，被敌对守尸，也是很正常的对吧？
3.合理击杀，如果你偷别人东西，该玩家及军团可以在15分钟内对你进行击杀。也就是WOW的PVP计时，在自己阵营领地开启PVP或者进行PVP动作，有5分钟计时，这个也类似。
4.如果你能接受以上3点中对比的WOW的情况，那么EVE你也应该能接受，唯一不同的就是对死亡的惩罚。也正是让许许多多的弱者，离开了EVE。
EVE里面，你开出去的船被其他玩家爆了的话，是不可能再拿回来任何一件东西了，死亡的惩罚很严厉，习惯了WOW或者其他泡菜的玩家，很少有能接受EVE的死亡惩罚制度的。
你被人爆了，就肯定是你的问题？为什么会被爆？强爆？---谁让你一次运那么多值钱东西的，分几次运不行么。低安？---本地频道进来人谁让你不注意进站，还在那该干啥干啥的。过门被堵？谁让你不开个眼睛号的。EVE不是一个弱者的游戏。寻求便当无脑的，EVE不适合你，因为EVE中真正的乐趣，需要你用心去钻研，走自己的路，才能得到！不心疼钱的RMB玩家+便当无脑的玩法，才可能存在。记得以前军团有个朋友，卖了100E ISK，不到一个星期花光了，在YY说了句：这游戏怎么这么烧钱啊。于是我就囧了，运气好的时候，我爆掉一个玩家，就能调出来几十亿的东西，所以他们才会觉得烧钱。
如果有人说以上1-4点，是导致游戏混乱的理由，我只能同情你，因为你是一个弱者！
不被爆最简单的记住下面这句话：
做自己能做的事，去自己该去的地方。
至于你听说新人无法生存，完全没有这回事，新人不加军团的话在帝国做任务，加军团的话去00捡垃圾，都可以生存，EVE几万个玩家都是这么过来的，包括我07年末开始接触的EVE，也是这么过来的，说没法生存的，我看就是你适应能力不行而已。不过话说回来，新人头一个月很难熬是不假，因为没技能，什么事情都做不了。只能你能耐得住头两个月，那么你就是一个名强者了！
